Can I return an item after I receive it?
Since our pieces are made in limited quantities, please try on your item while the courier is waiting at the door to ensure the perfect size and fit. This is the only time you can
return the order. Once the courier leaves, any return requests will not be processed. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Can I exchange an item after I receive it?
If you would like to exchange an item for another, or just exchange the size, you have 48 hours after delivery to fill in the exchange request form. Once 48 hours have
passed, any exchange requests will not be processed. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.

If you receive a defaulted item, please email us at theknotstudio.eg@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram at @theknotstudio.eg with a photo of the item so we can exchange/
fix it for you.
